For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The hotel's location was convenient, tucked away on a quiet street but still close to restaurants and shops. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and smiling, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider selection of options.

The hotel had an outdoor tennis court and a spa tub. It was like having our own mini sports center right on the premises!

During my stay, everything was simply fantastic. The room I stayed in was spacious with a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the beautiful view from there. It was very clean, and I was pleased with the facilities such as the jacuzzi. Breakfast had many delicious options to choose from, and the staff were very helpful and smiled a lot. The location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants, and the lake was within walking distance. I had no problems finding a parking spot for my car.

Had a mediocre time in ---- during Xmas. the location is great and very accessible, close to restaurants and bars. Plus the breakfast was complimentary and satisfying. the view from the room was a bonus.

The bathroom was not well designed. There was no proper separation between the shower, sink, and toilet, that whole space gets wet every time someone takes a shower.

The bathroom is also spacious and the shower is amazing. Plus, the hotel provides fast and reliable wifi, which is a big plus. And let's not forget the yummy breakfast that is served every morning.

The only downside is the absence of an elevator, which might be a bit challenging for older travelers.
